What Happens When the Order Isn’t Ordering?????
Sometimes, the order you placed just isn’t what you quite expected. Or maybe you realized you look better in green than white! That’s okay! Regardless, here is where you can find out what to do if that happens!
What’s this return policy looking like?
All orders have a 30-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery. Just shoot me an email at info@akilakmusic.com with the item you want to return (item, color, size, all that info). If you just want to return the item with no intention of exchanging it, put that in the email as well and I’ll provide all of the return instructions as well as when to expect your refund.
I ordered the wrong color/size! What do I do?!
Doh fret! Just email me at info@akilakmusic.com and let me know asap! I’ll respond back with the proper steps to get you the right color/size of the product you purchased!
Ayo, how long this order gonna take to get to me?
Valid question! All orders are made to order specifically for you! Because of that, it may take some time to get to you! Expect to receive your item(s) between 1-3 weeks from the date of purchase. If you feel your order is taking longer than it should, feel free to email me so I can take a look into it!
Can I track this jawn?
Why yes! Yes you can! Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding the order. Once the item ships, you’ll receive notification of that, as well as the tracking number. Didn’t get any of that? Let me know! I’ll pass that info right along to you!
I used a discount code when I placed my order, but I need to exchange it. Can I still use that discount code and get the same price????
As long as the discount code wasn’t specific to the item in which you are exchanging for a different item, I will still honor your discount code.
